Our Core Promise: Zero Cloud Storage
PrivaMark operates on a strict Zero-Knowledge Client Architecture. Your photos, driver licenses, passports, and PDF documents are rendered and processed 100% locally inside your web browser using WebAssembly and HTML5 Canvas. We never transmit, store, or inspect your files on any remote server.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, view, or store the contents of your uploaded documents, images, or metadata. Once you close your browser tab, all temporary memory caches are permanently destroyed.
2. Information We Collect for Purchases
If you purchase a PRO membership or Lifetime Deal, our PCI-DSS compliant Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments) collects your payment details securely. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
3. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
Because no personal documents are processed by our servers, using PrivaMark for client documentation is inherently compliant with GDPR Article 25 (Data Protection by Design and by Default).
